Shipping

Generally orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment clears in our account, but can be longer for large orders. If we do not have enough stock, or when delays can be expected we will let you know. Shipping charges are dependent on size and weight of parcel. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at check out.

We make use of the Courier Guy, Pudo and PostNet.

We make use of the Courier Guy mostly. Depending on where you are based delivery time may vary between 2 and 5 days.

PUDO is a more cost effective service offered by the Courier Guy where we can send a parcel to a PUDO collection point. You will receive a pickup PIN number and then you can collect your parcel from a PUDO pickup point or PUDO box. National PostNet shipping option is available for customers who wish to have their orders sent to their nearest PostNet. Please do not capture your work/home address. Make sure you capture the PostNet where you wish your order to be sent to in the shipping address. Failure to do so may result in your order being sent to an incorrect PostNet or to your captured home/work address.
