Refund Policy
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that credit card refunds take 7 – 10 days to reflect.
Returns
We only replace items if they were received defective or damaged. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please contact us by mail or at +27 76 855 3638 immediately upon receipt of your order, so we can attend to the matter.
